Meet The Team

Mike Rybacki runs the operation with carefully selected subcontractors as needed.

Mike is a North American Board Certified Energy Practitioner who is also a Licensed Master Electrician.  After graduating from Penn State University (B.S. Fuel Science – hydrogen/solar economy) he built his first off-grid battery backup system in 1996 then set off for The Solar Living Institute in Ukiah, California to begin his field training which included stints in Turkey, Texas, Colorado, and New York.

He has experience in four states constructing over 250 systems totaling megawatts of capacity.

Mike, who is based out of the eastern Allegheny countys area, is a local food activist, writer, debt-free lifestyle advocate, and is active in the christian community.

Eric Spaar is a general contractor with a specialty in electrical troubleshooting.
